I'm with you, Andrew. Michael, we have always had job postings on this list, and we allow Flash- and Flex-related job postings on Flash_Tiger.
Apparently one person had a bad experience. I'm not going to attempt to guess at the circumstances, but I wouldn't let that one post, even from a respected member of the list, drive you away. I have personally responded to postings here and on Flash_Tiger, and consider these job posts a valuable resource.
