I tend to still use both a PC and a Mac, though am leaning towards the latter. The only real issues I've had are with Windows in a VM on a MAC. I have all my VMs on a shard drive so that it can be packed in the rugsack when I'm on the move.
As far as dev goes - no real issues. Incidentally I use an iMac 24" with 4GB ram for most of my dev.
