I don't think FB will generate modules reports for you, and I certainly cannot see any options that would.
Can I suggest using ANT to compile your app? It gives you much more flexibility for precisely this sort of reason. The alternative is to run mxmlc from a CLI and specify all the parameters yourself as a once off to get the report. Gk.
