Ken, Most 800 mbit cards will work, they are suppose to match the speed of the device connected. You will need an adapter or cable with the correct conections, (800 mbit is 9 pin verses the 6/4 pin 400 mbit) but should work just fine. 800 mbit is not required or needed at this time and there has been some reports of compatibility issues with some cards and they are more costly (about double) than the 400 mbit versions.
