2.0.16 requires a more powerful computer. I'm running a similar setup to yours and it runs great. When I try 2.0.16 the audio gets a little choppy at times. Try turning off the panadaptor as a test and you'll see it runs better. Our beautiful Panadaptor and the skins associated with it require more memory and processing power, unfortunately.
