I can only assume that there are lots of new things going on under the hood of 
PowerSDR 2.0.16 that require more resources. 1.18.6 if probably the last 
version I'll be able to run with this old computer. I mainly run the Panafall 
display which really hogs resources. Another thing you might try is to reduce 
the size of the PowerSDR console and note how the CPU usage is reduced.
