Bill, Your original issue, you should go to where your database is located and flush (delete) the "Wisdom" besides the database if one was every built .. This is in your Appdata folder under Flexradio Systems in the PowerSDR v2.0.23 folder , Then the next time you bring up that version of PSDR the black window will re-appear and re-run, successfully I hope.
