I vote for Las Vegas,  Nothing like the Vegas Convention Center, and who 
doesn't want to go to Vegas once a year.

I vote for Horizon/Allstate Arena in Rosemont IL, plenty of parking and 
flea space area and lots of Hotels, plus next door to ORD.
or
Sears Center/Hoffman Estates, even bigger place and more parking and 
still just minutes from hotels and ORD.
and flights in/out almost from everywhere hourly.
(and for you outdoor types, right next door to Cabelas)
