Reset PowerSDR back to factory defaults, do not import or transfer data
to the database and before making other configuration changes, start up
PowerSDR to see if the error exist. If not, then configure your PTT and
CAT port configuration and then see if it is still working properly or not.

Are you using DDUtil?
Something did not enumerate the virtual com ports correctly.
