Bravo to both Brian and Peter for good, solid common sense. I can get just as exercised as the next guy when a vendor will not supply PRECISELY what I want...and on MY time schedule, thank you very much. But I have (mostly) disciplined myself not to go off on rants when my needs, wishes, and desires don't trump everyone else's.
