Dear Gerald,

I have been in contact with many of the FRS team directly and have received
outstanding support - both from a product and a service perspective.

I want to emphasize again that I am still amazed at what and how you are doing
it. I also value that you are listening to what we are saying - I still hope
there will soon be a Deep Impact release ;-)

Best wishes to you all!
