> - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
> - 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
> - Sea salt if you separate the eggs.
That looks like a pretty good recipe, but I'd leave out the eggs, sugar,
milk, cream, nutmeg, vanilla, ginger, and salt. But that's just me...
