Ken (N9VV) noticed the width setting control was losing track of where the center of the filter should be when he ran the filter edge into DC. Was a little horrified to hear that as I'd struggled a lot trying to remember the center point correctly in the code. Turns out I'd glitched it when I added the IF shifting stuff. This is now fixed.

I've also added new CAT commands to adjust filter width logarithmically, and to shift the IF as a percentage of bandwidth. The new commands are documented at: http://ewjt.com/kd5tfd/sdr1k-notebook/log-filter-ctl.html

New binary is at: http://www.tracey.org/wjt/sdr1k/PowerSDR-1.3.4-LogFilterCtl-Binary-200505222044.zip and source at: http://www.tracey.org/wjt/sdr1k/PowerSDR-1.3.4-LogFilterCtl-Source-200505222044.zip
