[Flexradio] Low amp drive?

Hello All. I'm a new owner and have the audio now set up with good reports, But see the output on my Amp about 20% of what I get with other rigs. The reports or good but the watt meter and grid and plate is real low. What is  wrong or is this normal on a flex radio. My ram requires 30 watts for full output but even set to 60 watts drive its low, the output is normal on the radio with the tune or CW just poor on SSB. Please help! I'm also getting report that I'm wide 8 to 10 KHZ. 73's Steve
