Visual Studio 2005 Beta 2 uses the .NET 2.0 Beta framework.  Being in
Beta, it is not in its final form, of course.  To compile the current
source code under .NET 2.0 you will have to make some code changes.
Also, you will not be able to share your code easily with others using
VS 2003 and .NET 1.1

If you just want to make changes to the code for your own use it should work ok.
