VAC 3.1 is know to have lots of bugs. You need to use 3.12

The freeze is at the start-up window at "Initializing PortAudio- 5 seconds". If I unintall VAC, then PowerSDR loads and works properly. I'm using this now with a Creative MP-3+ usb card for use with a Softrock board. (soon I hope SDR-1000) I have uninstalled and reinstalled the CreativeLab drivers with no changes. PowerSDR only stops loading if VAC 3.1 is installed. I have to go to Task Manager to stop the load attempt. Using the latest SVN 660, but same issue with the non SVN original version of PowerSDR. I have a conflict somewhere, anyone with ideas what to check.? PC is Pentium 4, 3.1 GHZ , Windows XP.
