I can't duplicate this.
I've tried a number of times.
Although I read of someone else with a similar problem

how does your ptt get it's commands?
Is it a 'virtual port'?
Or is it a hardwire ptt button or footswitch?

What version firmware and driver?
Does your radio communicate with a logging/control program?
If so:
In the Flex setup for 'Cat Control'
What is you Cat port?
What is your PTT Control port?
