1. Make sure that your FA66 is selected in the Windows Control Panel, Sounds and audio devices, audio tab. You can try playing Windows sounds on the Sound tab. Just select one of the Windows sounds with the speaker to the left in the bottom listbox, then click on the play button.
2. Make sure your Windows mixer settings are right, for both record and playback. Make sure nothing is muted. 3. Also, try rebooting. 4. Make sure VAC is setup right, and you are not redirecting the actual hardware somewhere else. What video editing sw? Device manager tells me everything is working fine.
