Go to www.dxatlas.com and click on the CW Skimmer icon for more info. Its a broadband (sri maybe not the best term) cq decoder allowing simultaneous callsign identification (like a dxcluster) from the audio bandpass you let it listen to. Also prints the translated cw to text for each audio signal it thinks is cw. There is a little lag time but so far it seems the most accurate cw decoder I have played with.
