Heres some thoughts! 1. Did you reboot your computer after installing 1.16.1? I understood from Dudleys note that it was required. 2. Did you follow all the steps in the KC article (no antenna connected, dummy load on ant 1, rx2 set to rx1 tap, driver set to 96000/1024, nothing else running on your computer)?
