One other thing. You need a "clean" default database where the only things setup are sampling rate (96KHz), buffer size (1024) and the Antenna selection set to simple mode and RX1/TX on ANT-1 and RX2 on RX-1 TAP.
If that doesn't work try doing a radio hardware reset.
