That might work, but without know exactly what the error is, it is hard to say if that will defiantly fix it or not.

You can currently run a FLEX-5000 and an SDR-1000 together without any problems as long as the programs are in separate folders using separate databases. Multiple FLEX-5000s have the issue regarding enumerating the devices on the Firewire bus and getting the right radio associated with the correct PowerSDR instance and the correct version of the ASIO driver. I understand this is being worked on for the upcoming FLEX-3000 specific release of PowerSDR and that should be applicable to using multiple FLEX-5000s connected to the same computer/Firewire host adapter. What is the impact of changing radios per instance of PowerSDR? [Tim] Syncing the EEPROM data from the radio with the PowerSDR database associated with the instance running. Will it sense the sn change and replace the eeprom data? [Tim] That is the way it should work.
