I had the same PTT delay problem with HRD (v 5.0 Beta Build 2321) and PowerSDR 1.18.2 but was able to resolve it by setting up PTT with a separate Com Port from any other program including HRD under Digital Master 780, Program Options, PTT: Use different Port Pairs for PTT. In other words, I use two pairs of Com Ports 6/16 and 8/18 for use HRD and DM 780 respectively and PowerSDR.
