Not yet for the FLEX-5000 and FLEX-3000. PowerSDR v2.x is technically still in beta and radio specific manual releases usually coincide with the official software release of PowerSDR. They may be released earlier if no more changes are going to be made to the User Interface (UI) or the way existing control function.
