Two skins are close to the Default and have buttons that change color
on activation (including the RIT and XIT buttons). They are IK3VIG
Black and ik3vig cyan. The cyan is my current favorite. BTW, the
panadapter display color can be changed by replacing one's
picDisplay.png with a preferred one from another skin.

In my case I first made a copy of IK3VIG Black (named it NEW IK3VIG
Black) and replaced its picDisplay.png with the one from IK3VIG
silver-green. Its a nice solid green that matches that skins button
activated color.
