Earlier I mentioned skins close to the Default with buttons that
change color and simple modifications to existing skins. With Ted's
original question in mind I decided to modify the Default skin. A
look at the images in the folder led me to conclude all the skins
ending with "-1.png" are the buttons indicating activation. As
before I looked in other skins and chose IK3VIG Blue for its full
colored blue "activated" buttons. I had to do the rest from within
Linux. Someone probably will tell us how to do it in Windows. That
is copy all the files ending with "-1.png" from IK3VIG Blue to my new
copy of the Default skin.

>From within IK3VIG Blue/console (and from memory):

cp *-1.png ../../New\ Default/console

So far, with my 2 minutes of testing it looks like my copy (cp)
transferred all the right image files and I have what Ted was asking
about. That is, the Default skin with buttons that change color.
