John I am pretty sure WSPR asks what directory you want to install WSPR to during the installation process. Tell it WSPR2 then navigate to the folder it installs in and link the exe from WSPR2 to your desktop after the install. You will have two config files and can avoid having to change thing every time you want to change rigs.You also can run two instance of WSPR at the same time this way if your computer can handle it.
I am running two instances of WSPR here on my Windows 7 64 system. I made some some stub filters and operate on 30 and 20 meters at the same time no problems. I am currently WSPRing on 10, 20 and 30 meters. One instanse of WSPR is running on my Linux machine.
