With respect to your mic situation, did you check the proper box on the
input to make sure that you have the front panel mic turned on? You can
select either the front or rear mic input from the menu.

4. At one point it locked up so bad I couldn't even start PowerSDR
anymore and had to remove the entire software package, reboot,
reinstall,
reboot, and treat the rig like it was a fresh first time install
again.
Back to 20m with everything new and default, tuned, keyed mic and
app
crashes
