Very nice,, to say the least I have heard nothing but the best about Neil he realy knows his stuff, and i also wish him the best "Rich"

Wow, what a life changing experience I had last night. I was walking by my Man Cave when I looked in and saw my computer working like crazy. At first I thought that On No my computer is crashing. I went in and then realized that Neil was on the Team Viewer and fixing all my computer problems. I now have the Hercules DJ program in as well as Bobs Meter program. My computer is now flawless and I love it. All of a sudden I looked down and saw that Neil had written asking if I was around and we began to talk. The next thing I knew this large note pad or something lik that came on and Neil told me it was easier talking back and forth. We talked this way for about an hour and at the end he said, "You have just had your first experience with Digital Radio. I laughed and said Really? So, I have learned that I now like Digital and will learn to use it more. I want to take this time to thank Neil; from the bottom of my heart. I have been sitting around here for the past few months not really having interest in much. I lost my interest in my fellow man and have been avoiding contact with people. I realize now that I am totally burned out from my career. I have seen all you people come rushing out to try and help me with all the various problems I was experiencing with trying to get this Flex to do all I wanted it to do. You have all been great and it has given me some new hope. I have found people who are nice and want to help others and show a genuine concern for other people. So, I thank each and every one of you for your concern and advice.
