Neal volunteered to help me check out my 3000 when it was acting up here in Australia. I have not bought anything from him, yet he was there for me, and between him and Dudly, they helped to get this problem fixed!
Dudly - I just got back from the States, and the 3000 is working well now! Thanks to all of you folks!
