Thanks for the replies, still having no luck finding a solution.

NOTE:- cable and fire wire card is tested OK.
I managed to delete my early restore points.
Freezes in RX mode, no stray RF issues.
DAVE:- I ran a program called Memtest and all tests passed 100%
Les:- Freezing occurs with VAC either on or off
I have run all the Windows tests and every thing passes
Tried to install "Hotfix Fix319514" and it says it is not for my computer.
ERNEST: - I checked and found I have an Interrupt request (IRQ) conflict.

IRQ 16 - 1304 OHCI Compliant Host Controller (Legacy)
 IRQ 16 - Intel(R) 6 Series/C200 Series Chipset Family PCI Express Root
Port 1 - 1C10
 IRQ 16 - Xeon E3-1200/2nd Generation Intel(R) Core(TM) Processor Family
PCI Express Root Port - 0101

I don't believe I can change the IRQ in Windows 7 as they are automatically
generated?
*I just disconnected from my network and also disabled my network card and
PowerSDR still freezes with the same symptoms?*

I have been working on this problem for several weeks now and I hope some
one out there can help me with a solution.
