No it would not.  The scenery is too far away.  Further pixels require bigger
values to shift.  Distance makes a huge difference.  The c172 cockpit doesn't
appear to jitter much until you turn to the right and look at the headrest on
the co-pilot's seat.  The A-4 cockpit is much tighter and the panel is that
much closer to the camera.
