Ah, I forgot one: After the landcover part of the database has reached
a satisfactory state we could think about storing contour lines as
well, to override inaccurate terrain elevation data where it makes
sense. This could happen in a manner similar to how Frederic Bouvier
adjusts terrain elevation by inserting contour lines in FGSD,
