You'll also have to convert textures from .png to .rgb and reassign them in Blender ( coordinates are good, only names are wrong ). Then you have to extract object placement. I didn't practise myself but I know that there is a tool to export ENV files to text. I also know that X-Plane 8 uses another binary format but I don't have the name handy.
