Certainly not dead. :-) I asked Heiko, off-list how much time he needed to finish the 3D cockpit, and answered that he was quite sure he wouldn't be able to finish it in time. I also like the 737, and with a 3D cockpit, I'd almost certainly decided to keep it, but as it stands, the 2D cockpit stands out in a selction of almost exclusively 3D cockpits.
