Had a look at your log file again, and the quick answer is I haven't a  
clue - not very helpful I realise. I really don't understand the  
assert_iso.h failure, and I think fixing it will require some time  
reducing a minimal compile test case down - i.e start with a .cpp that  
just includes (say) point3d.hxx, and work through its includes until  
we figure out what's causing the bustage.

Is that something you could do? It's pretty quick, but can only be  
done on the box.

Incidentally, t 'feels' like we have an extern "C" screwed up  
somewhere, but that's a wild guess.
