How about this?

    Mac OS X via FlightGear.app under /Applications/ (or wherever you installed 
it).

Tim, Durk, Curt, and I agree with 2.0.0 for coming official version on the 
discussion of the releasing process.
No final call is made yet, but 2.0.0 is going to be the next version number, I 
believe.
