..our enemies would _love_ that, only the GPL offers real legal teeth
in courtrooms, all other licenses are either "public domain" where you
give up all your rights to Microsoft et al, or where you need more 
money than them to fight them in contract law litigation.

..the GPL "walks away" on mis-compliance, leaving the courtroom open 
to copyright law and jail time for Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer, if
they dared try.  They only do by proxy, and fails in the long term,
even if their proxies has managed to stall e.g. IBM for 8 years,
