Greetings all, I have a simple problem which, god help me, might actually have a simple solution. Flightgear no longer recognises my joystick's axes.
Joystick: Logitech Extreme 3D Pro, about a month old FlightGear: CVS, current SimGear: ditto libjsw: 1.5.5 Symptoms: jscal detects Joystick, and calibrates. jscalibrator, ditto (not surprisingly). fgjs stalls at the '10', and js_demo looks like this: Joystick test program. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Joystick 0: "Logitech Logitech Extreme 3D" Joystick 1 not detected Joystick 2 not detected Joystick 3 not detected Joystick 4 not detected Joystick 5 not detected Joystick 6 not detected Joystick 7 not detected +--------------------JS.0----------------------+ | Btns Ax:0 Ax:1 Ax:2 Ax:3 Ax:4 Ax:5 | +----------------------------------------------+ | 0000 +0.0 -0.0 +0.0 -0.0 +0.0 +0.0 . . | and that's all it ever does. No detection of any movement or clicking of the button-things. TORCS detects joystick, and can use it as control. SearchAndRescue, ditto. Works fine. Only js_demo, fgjs and of course fgfs itself fail to recognise movement of the joystick, although js_demo clearly recognises the exitence of the joystick. Any ideas?
