Agree with your comments re the coastline being less accurate. I believe 
the elevation data is better and the airports are more accurate both in 
existence and configuration. I have gained the impression that Chris's 
problems with the river and mine with the northern end on NZWN maybe, in 
atleast partly,  due to the use of triangular tiles and the integration 
of landcover into this triangular format. Separating out the landcover 
into a separate layer that can support curves etc is alot more pleasing 
to the eye. As you point out, Martin's landcover database shows this 
most adeptly. I enjoy the new scenery alot more than the previous 098 
scenery because of the improvements in elevation and airports. If there 
is the same quantum advance in the new scenery, I'll be very happy.
