Thanks Stuart;

Not the case here.  I have actually have drawn a copy of the instruments 
Panel and the voltage gauge was showing almost 14 Vdc.  Gauge is above 
the key and is a small diameter meter with a color and the needle is on 
the upper green edge.  And the Landing switch is up which is on the 
upper right switch.  Also all of the others work. That is Beacon, 
Strobe, Nav lights, and Taxi Lights work.
