I am following this discussion for a long time. In my opinion there should be a clear cut made, either to continue on FLTK2 or to delete it. Another way would be to work on FLTK 1.3, so that it will have all the features that people want, like printing support and UTF8. After all that is finished change the source so that FLTK 1.3 will become FLTK 2.0 with all the things like namespaces, exceptions ...
