Hmm, I did this a while back for fltk-1.1, but can't find the code.
I'll try and find it later - but don't wait up...

You are aware that fltk-2 is considered still alpha BTW?

And is not recommended for everyday use, unless you are able to help Ben
beat the last remaining bugs out of it, of course, in which case your
help will be welcome!
