Yes, that was my intention. It seems like Carbon is not ready to be  
compiled with the newest version of gcc yet. Or, some Apple headers  
may need some compiler flags to be set.

Either way, this is not an issue with fltk. I recommend that you  
switch to the compiler that Apple supplies, at least for the user  
interfface libraries.
