Updates based on Juhani's feedback:
* Added documentation.
* Changed if-else-if to switch-case.
* Shutdown ZK cluster before Hbase cluster.
I have not changed the config values to constants. I will file a follow up jira
to do this for both the HBase sinks, since the constants are valid for both
sinks - so it is better to make these changes in one shot.
