did most miss the link some one sent to the paint cans at the container store? 1 gal paint cans for $1.79 (USD) That's extremely cheap and I don't think they will rust unless you leave them outside. I am still for the 1 gal. paint can. a paint can is industrial, stackable, refers to paint which suggests art, construction, transportability, color, decoration. lightproof, sturdy, durable, water tight, if it seems too cold that can be fixed with the label. I still think it is a perfect choice. http://www.containerstore.com/browse/Product.jhtml?PRODID=62625&CATID=262 Freshdot.com Web Hosting Service Host 10 domains on one account for 12.95mo (USD) Freshdot Domain Name Registrations transfers $7.75 for .com, .net and .org - 8.75 for new .biz and .info http://web-hosting.freshdot.com/ Cecil Touchon: [EMAIL PROTECTED] ----- Original Message ----- From: r yloj <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> To: <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> Sent: Thursday, January 09, 2003 10:34 AM Subject: FLUXLIST: paint cans
> hi > > you can purchase brand new paint cans at housepaint stores, that sell to professional housepainters [ ie not walmart / home depot type of stores] > > here in Canada they cost about 3$ for 4 liter can [ maybe 1 gallon american ]. I buy them often to store material like nails, or mix paints etc. Sturdy and stackable. > > I'm sure if purchased in bulk, they'd be cheaper. > > Someone mentioned plastic paint containers. EEEEk..industrial non-food grade plastics-- I'd bet those slowly leech nasty fumes, therefore everything in the box would later SMELL of cancerigenic plastic a lot. > > Richard > > > > > > -- > _______________________________________________ > Get your free email from http://mymail.operamail.com > > Powered by Outblaze >
