It appears (on my Core 2 Duo 2.16GHz 3Gb-RAM iMac) that there is
about a 1-second delay before tooltips show up.
Sometimes I'd like that instantaneous. Sometimes I'd like it longer.
Can tool-tips delays be adjusted? System-wide? Per tool-tip?
