MS Access' use of signatures seems to be limited to the use of the  
actual database itself through the Access application not in Ecommerce  
or web applications.  This article outlines how this is implemented  
even if this is the limitation of the implementation it's still handy  
though!

There are a lot of 3rd party solutions for Access though.
