File permissions.
They likely got mangled during the procedure - they sound read-only.

Iam logged in as a user with full access, but the scripts in menu is
grayed out. I looked in the knowledge base without luck. Probably, I
have missed something obvious. I am using Snow Leopard on a iMac.
