Use the UPLOAD DATABASE item in the Server Admin tool. This will, as
it did for me today, set permissions to those required. IIRC you need
fmsadmin and fmserver in some config or another as owner/group or
group/owner.

would appear that the file are being lock down in Server 10. The
files are not lock or restricted permissions. If I take the files
out of Server 10, the files are modifiable. I can access the Manage
Scrips in the menu bar.

Iam logged in as a user with full access, but the scripts in menu
is grayed out. I looked in the knowledge base without luck.
Probably, I have missed something obvious. I am using Snow Leopard
on a iMac.
